The highlight of the Steel & Sky Rails competition is the awarding of the “Malay Factor” for the man and woman that throws down the most innovative trick of the night. 

Josh Malay was a Vail team rider who lost his life while snowboarding in the mountains of Spain . His memory remains an inspiration to 'live and love life'.
